Sales tax holiday

August 12-14, 2011 is the Sales Tax Holiday in Florida

This "holiday" applies to clothes, accessories, and shoes priced under $75 and school supplies for less than $15. As an added bonus, many stores will be running great sales to take advantage of this event.  So, if you're in the market, you might want to get out to the stores this weekend. Or, travel to Massachusetts or another state where clothes are always sales tax free.
