The real Best buy

For the BEST buy at Best Buy, grab this deal from Huge.com.

$5 for $10 to spend at any Best Buy in Miami.

This is a great deal with no expiration.  And, if you ask me, way less scary than the discounted tattoos they also are offering.  Stick with this deal and buy it now!

Mixed feelings

At first, I was very excited about this Groupon offer:

Great, right?  This restaurant gets rave reviews and I have been meaning to go there.  The main complaint I heard is that it is a little pricey.  In steps Groupon to solve that.

Except for two things.  First, the weekend option (really, separate options?) is sold out.  Fine, I can get a weeknight one.  But then there is the second thing.  A big huge red flag that is enough to stop me in my tracks.  The fine print includes this winner: Expiration varies.  What does that even mean?  In the end, I think I will pass on this one, but wanted to share it since it does have some appeal.  I mean, give it an any day of the week usability and one year from now expiration and I would have been all over that.

National Lasagna Day

And there are so many ways to celebrate!

All day today there is half priced lasagna at Brio.  This is my favorite deal because it's so straightforward.

Others include:

Buca di Beppo - FREE lunch-sized portion of Lasagna with the purchase of any Buca small or large pasta or entree.
Spaghetti Warehouse - $5 off any Lasagne Entree

Now, if only one of these restaurants had a location near me!

Basic math

$10-$10 = Free!

Free = fabulous

$10 (or more) - $10 = Almost free, and still fabulous!

That's all the math you need to know this is a good deal.  Just "like" Pier 1 on FB and you can print a coupon for $10 off of any purchase of $10 or more.  And, unlike some places that run deals like this, there is actually a lot you can get in that range.  Here are my top picks:

Ice Cream Cone Bubbles - $2
Keychain Shopping Tote - $3
Double Wall tumbler - $9
Ceramic Coasters - $3

Next to nothing

Six boxes of Pop Tarts for $2 sounds like a phenomenal deal, and I don't know that I have ever even eaten a pop tart!

Publix is going to have Pop Tarts on BOGO in the coming week's sale.  Two boxes for $2.09.  Buy 6 boxes ($6.27) and then use two $1 off of 3 Target coupons and two $1 off of 3 manufacturer coupons to bring your cost down to $2.27.

The sale doesn't start until Thursday, but print two of each of these coupons before they are gone.

There are going to be some lucky homeless people on my corner if it turns out I don't like pop tarts.  Have any flavor recommendations for me?
